The Shelly Home Company team includes a dependable group of project managers, subcontractors, and local vendors. Our founder and President is Keith Shelly. We are the team to trust for all types of remodeling and new construction projects.

KEITH SHELLY 

Keith holds a Bachelor degree in Construction Science and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He has also earned designation as a Certified Green Professional. 

 

Keith’s personal standards of excellence and integrity are incorporated into each aspect of home construction. He builds and maintains lasting relationships with quality subcontractors and suppliers in the San Antonio area. This cohesiveness helps deliver cost-effective value to the homebuilding process.

ARCHIE DONAHO

Project Manager

Archie is a Texas native and has worked for SHC since 2005. His past experience includes being a journeyman electrician for over 10 years. Archie is also a Life member of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

SALLY PEÑA

Construction Manager

Sally is a Texas Country native and new to Shelly Home Company. She has a Bachelor's degree from Schreiner University and a Master's degree from Texas State University. She grew up in and working for her family's custom home building company prior to Shelly Home Company. Sally also has a mission heart actively involved in her community of Boerne, San Antonio, and internationally in Guatemala.
